Spooky Mansion is a four-man band that started as a one-off performance when they were asked to play for Owen Wilson's 45th birthday on the shore of the Mississippi River in North Texas. They haven't looked back since and their latest release is a pop-influenced rousing single titled "Torture". The record which is co-produced by Alexi Glickman (Botticelli's, Sandy's) is an upbeat fusion of dreamy guitar tones, driving drums and a throbbing bass-line to match. The bright soundscape is quite a contrast to the subject matter which reflects on the way we sometimes love to torture ourselves and our significant others through jealousy, insecurity, and pride.

After gathering a cult following the band are now currently pursuing music on a full-time basis in San Francisco. They are preparing their first full-length project titled 'Alright'. The album is set to show the most mature and fully realized piece that the band has released thus far and shows them at their most natural, honest, and comfortable. Recorded by talented Mac Bunch (French Cassettes, Tino Drima) 'Alright' will be released April 26th on CD, tape, and a limited run of Vinyl. Preorder the album here.
